Great hairdryer for the price! I got it on sale and it is the best hairdryer I have ever had! It drys my hair quickly and it feels soft afterward. The only downside is that if you don't brush your hair the whole time, it will knot it because of the power. The best part is that it doesn't get so hot that I'm sweating by the time I'm done!!!

Great dryer to replace my Babyliss that lasted years. Dries fast, not too loud. The only weird thing is where the controls are located. It took a uses to get used to the hand placement so I don't accidentally switch it off while drying.

Here goes my story.. I was really disappointed when I found that my order was lost during delivery.. I called and had been through some trouble in reaching representatives from Flat Iron Experts due to the holiday they had.. A couple days later, Celine from Flat Iron Experts called me and explained to me what was going on. Though it took me some time before I actually got my hair dryer, I was really happy and satisfied with the customer service Celine offered me. She left me voice mail when I was busy, followed up by phone calls, filed the investigation and claimed with the post office, and kept me well informed on the status of the claim. I was amazed by such excellent customer service they had. And I just want to let Celine know that.. because of her offers and service.. I would love to come back and shop for more hair products in the near future! All the best to you and your fellow co-workers! Thank you again and I really appreciate your help! God Bless

This hair dryer is hot and powerful! It used to take me about 30 minutes or so to dry my hair.. my hair is shoulder length. Now that with the help of this Babyliss dryer, it takes me 10 minutes max to dry my hair! This is great and I have more time to work on other things!
